- Books may be renewed
- Students may renew books one time only
Holds
- If a desired book is out, students can place a hold on that book.
- When the title has been returned to the LRC the staff will notify the student that it is available for check out.
magazines
Students may check out one magazine at a time.
Magazines are checked out for one week period.
- Current monthly issues of magazines are available for students to read in the LRC but may not be checked out.
- We keep back issues of monthly magazines for two years and weekly magazines for six months.

overdue book policies
New materials may not be checked out if a student has missing or overdue books / magazines.
Students will be restricted from using the LRC before school or during study hall if he/she has overdue materials.
Overdue notices are distributed during homeroom on Wednesdays.
Also, students will be restricted from participation in dances and other student activities if there are missing or overdue materials.

lost & damaged materials
If a book or magazine is lost or damaged beyond repair, the student will be asked to pay for it.
Students with outstanding fees for lost or damaged books will not be able to check-out materials. At the end of each quarter a notice of overdue materials are mailed out with report cards.
